What payment methods are supported?

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel it and process your refund immediately. If your order is already in transit, we will assist you with returning the items once you receive them so we can issue a refund as soon as possible. Shipping

When will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Delivery times are as follows:

  • United States Orders: 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • International Orders: 6 to 12 business days after shipment.

Which shipping providers do you use?

We utilize a variety of shipping providers, including but not limited to FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, Hermes Germany, EMS, and Amazon Logistics.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must include all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return?
  • Before returning an item, please contact us at service@acadahealth.com.
  • Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a return label.
  • Print the label and use it to send the item back via the specified carrier.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?

Yes, items purchased on sale can be returned or exchanged within the same 30-day window as regular-priced items provided they are in their original packaging.
